Chef/Owner
Zachary Thompson started his career 15 years ago by attending Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, studying both French Cuisine and fine Pâtissier. From there he has worked and staged in some of the best restaurants in Canada and USA, such as Supply and Demand in Ottawa and Momofuko in Manhattan. Most recently he has worked as a Private Chef in Whistler, continually refining his repertoire. Always striving to use local produce in exceptional ways he embodies farm-to-table dining.
Operations Manager/Owner
Jennifer Adelson graduated with a Bachelors of Communication and Media from Carleton. Since then she was the social media/front of house manager for Mile One Eating House in Pemberton BC. She also has extensive serving experience working for Private Chefs in Whistler BC.
